Huge parking space - while the sheltered area is only able to accommodate around 20odd cars, there is a bigger parking area (possibly for wedding guests as there is a small chapel attached to the hotel). Onsen - very roomy and clean. Front-desk service - the staff understood that we were probably not able to get dinner at their restaurants (we had not made reservation) and instead recommended several options based on our dietary preferences. Location - located within walking distance to the Hakodate Morning Market Square, Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse and the pier.

The location of the hotel sits within walking distance to the pier where the historic red brick storag site shopping area is. And is also within a 5 min walk to the fish market, which is a great option for breakfast. We did not need to sign up for any of the food options because it was so convenient all around. There is also plenty of parking within the facility. There is also a nice onsen on the top floor over looking the pier.

Great location, 10mins walk from station, morning market and the red brick warehouses. On site onsen with excellent amenities and a fabulous view over the city. Breakfast excellent with buffet western and asian style plus eggs cooked to order. Hotel has restaurants, cocktail bar and gift shop.

Good location for a short trip. It’s close to most of the places to visit. The Goryokaku fort is about 40minutes away on the tram. The hotel had connecting rooms which is great for families with children who are not old enough to stay by themselves.

It is one of the few good hotels with excellent overall services including facilities, customer service, food Very consistent performance and always improving and upgrading All the 5 times we stay there for the past few years

The location was excellent. We could easily walk from the train station to the hotel and it was close to the waterfront and the fish market. The breakfast was very good, both the Japanese and the Western. I enjoyed the Onsen and the whole hotel was very clean.

Location is great. Near the tourists spots. Rooms are great for families. We got two adjoining rooms. Easier to go to the fish market for breakfast and walk around the nearby shopping spots. Carpark is easy to access and there's a back entrance straight to the reception.

It was so great that free upgrade all of our 6 rooms from twin rooms to tri rooms. The location is excellence, very close to most of the sightseeing locations and fish market. As one of the 10th best breakfast in Japan, it was not make all of our family disappointed.

The breakfast buffet is incredible - there are a plethora of foods to try and they are all delicious. The twin room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable.
